CoCreate KC Announces Opening

Following a months-long renovation of a building in the North Hyde Park neighborhood, formerly operated by Artists for the Homeless, CoCreate KC has opened its doors. The new coworking community plans to “put the co in coworking” by providing not just a coworking space, but a true collaboration environment where independent designers, writers, web developers and other advertising, PR, social media and other creative professionals can work together, support each other and grow their businesses – individually and collectively.

CoCreate KC was formed by Kansas City marketing professionals Matt Anthony, Jan Creidenberg, Brad Lang, and Paul Migliazzo, principal with Centerfield Asset Properties (CAP), the building owner.  BrandWell Partners, a business and brand strategy consultancy formed by Anthony, Creidenberg and Lang earlier this year, will be located at CoCreate KC and plans to tap the talents of CoCreate KC members to support BrandWell Partners’ clients.

The new coworking community is located at 3238 Gillham Road, and offers members a unique range of amenities including dedicated workstations with large sit/stand desks and file/storage, free WIFI, unlimited access to fully-equipped conference rooms, a full kitchen and coffee bar, on-demand printing and free parking. All CoCreate KC amenities are included in an affordable, month-to-month flat membership fee.
