Jan Creidenberg is a global business and marketing leader with 30 years of domestic and international experience in medical technology, pharma/biotech and nonprofits. His work with BrandWell Partners leverages his diverse knowledge, experience and relationships to help clients achieve their business objectives through strategic planning, commercialization and business development strategies and plans, and organizational development. In addition to his work with BrandWell Partners, Jan is an operating partner and board member with Shore Capital Partners, including serving as Executive Chair for Argentum Medical. He also serves as a director and advisor for PrevaCept Infection Control, Inc.
Previously, Jan was Vice President/General Manager of the global infection prevention business unit at BD/CareFusion. He also served as vice president of global marketing for the Infection Prevention and Infusion Disposables business units at CareFusion. Prior to CareFusion, Jan was senior vice president within the Biotech and Healthcare practice at FleishmanHillard International Communications, a global public relations and communications firm. He also led the pharmaceutical and health care practice at Sullivan Higdon & Sink (SHS), a marketing, advertising, and public relations agency. Jan spent 15 years with predecessor companies to Sanofi Aventis in various sales and marketing roles in the US and Europe across a wide range of therapeutic categories.
Jan is a graduate of Gettysburg College cum laude with a major in biology. Previously he served on the board of directors of Water.org (three as chair), and currently serves on the board of Heart to Heart International and WaterEquity.
Brad’s thirty-year career has included leadership roles at leading advertising, public relations and branding agencies. He’s served as Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning for Nicholson Kovac, a leading national marketing communications agency that was named “Agency of the Year” by B2B magazine, where he lead all brand strategy development and marketing communications planning for agency clients.
Following his tenure at Nicholson Kovac, Brad joined FleishmanHillard International Communications, where he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Partner. While at FH, Brad launched and guided the Branding, Digital and Design practice groups, providing expertise and services to clients across FH’s 80+ network of office around the globe.
Brad then served as President and Chief Operating Officer, North America, of Geoff Howe, a global advertising agency with offices in London, Bristol, Prague, New York and Kansas City. While at Geoff Howe, Brad successfully managed the sale of the agency to WPP, a multinational advertising and public relations agency. Geoff Howe now operates as part of the Grey Healthcare Group.
Most recently, Brad was Co-Founder of Will & Grail, a brand innovation agency that helps organizations find their unique sense of purpose and create believable, purpose driven brands.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Kansas William Allen White School of Journalism, and has served on multiple community boards, including serving as chairman of Turning Point, a program of The University of Kansas Health System.
Matt has held leadership positions in top global advertising and marketing firms throughout his career. In addition to his role with BrandWell Partners, Matt is currently Chairman Emeritus of VML, the company he led as CEO for 14 years. Through 2017, he also served as Vice Chairman, Strategic Projects for Young and Rubicam (Y&R), one of the world’s largest global advertising agencies.
Matt joined VML as its fourth partner in 1994. At the time, VML had one major client and fewer than 20 employees. He was appointed VML’s first CEO in 1999, and held that position through 2011. Matt and his core leadership team – most of who have worked at the agency for 15 years or longer – transformed VML into a digital marketing force, now with more than 2,500 employees worldwide.
Matt served as Chief Digital Officer of Young & Rubicam Group from 2011-2103. Later, 2013- 2015, he led the company as President and CEO, Y&R North America. He continues to serve on Y&R’s Executive Board and now supports the firm in a consulting capacity. Additionally, Matt is a board member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies
Throughout his career, Matt has been a tireless supporter of philanthropic endeavors and community causes. In memory of his brother Chris, who suffered from a Glioblastoma brain tumor and died in 2003 at the age of 37, Matt and his family established the Head for the Cure Foundation to raise awareness and funding for brain cancer research. The highlights are the Head for the Cure 5k events, now in 20markets; proceeds of all Head for the Cure events support the Brain Tumor Trials Collaborative (BTTC).
A native Nebraskan, Matt played intercollegiate soccer at Benedictine College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications. Away from the office, Matt is an avid cyclist, while also spending time with his wife Ann and their three adult children.
