Brand Portfolio Proliferation

Brand portfolio proliferation is the ten dollar term and problem lots of organizations experience as they grow through the years and add products, divisions or other organizations to their portfolio of brands...and then realize it's too expensive and difficult to continue to support and build equities in so many brands.
